This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Ladycare Supplies Ltd, a company domiciled in the Republic of Kenya (“Ladycare Supplies” or “Company”), and the user (“User”) of the ladycare.co.ke website (“Website”) and any services provided therein.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

Ladycare Supplies reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. The User’s continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

**11. Entire Agreement**

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Ladycare Supplies concerning the use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
