How to use a pad
Wash your hands, peel off the backing, stick the pad centred in your underwear and fold the wings around the edges. Change it when it feels full or at least every few hours. Wrap the used pad and bin it. Do not flush it.

Which size do I start with? The 290mm for most days; add the 340mm for heavy days and nights.
Can I use a liner as well? Liners are for light days and daily freshness, not for period flow.
