We had an impactful menstrual health empowerment session at Mpukoni Primary School in Chuka, in collaboration with Mawira Foundation. We talked to the girls about menstrual health, and hygiene, shared words of encouragement, planted trees and donated sanitary pads to help support their comfort and confidence. Moments like these remind us that access to menstrual care and the right information can truly make a difference in a girl’s life.
